Return Eligibility

Most of our suppliers accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original condition

Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Not marked as a final sale or non-returnable item

Please note that some suppliers may offer a longer return window, while others may have different return requirements or do not accept returns.

Before Requesting a Return

To ensure your item qualifies for a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. We will verify your supplier’s return policy and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by the supplier, approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
